Returns Policy

Please select carefully as Anastasia’s little closet does not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. 

Note that the colours of ours garments may appear slightly different in photos due to lighting, screen setting, and photography. We do our best to ensure that images are as accurate as possible, but some variations may occur.

theses light differences in colours do not qualify as a fault for returns or exchanges.

Faulty Item/s:

If your garment has arrived with defects, please contact us immediately & return your product in original condition within 14 days of purchase for store credit, exchange or refund. Please contact us at (admin@anastasiaslittlecloset.com.au )by quoting your order number & providing a description of the fault with photos.

If your claim is accepted, you will be reimbursed for return shipping charges. In accordance with The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, Anastasia’s little closet will replace the item or provide a full cash refund depending on stock availability.
